What are affiliate schemes?
Simply put, these schemes are all about where an online merchant pays us a small commission because you use them. In other words, there’s no additional cost to you the user, so if you were already using the merchant anyway, it’s a super easy and free way to support us. And it can make a real difference. Amazon alone has raised us over £50 in the last quarter.
Easy Fundraising
Similar to Amazon Smile, Easy Fundraising is a merchant portal, through which you can shop at over 4,000 shops and sites in the UK at no extra cost. Most purchases you make will see a 1-5% donation made. That includes all the big sites and brand such as M&S, Argos, John Lewis, ebay, Expedia, TUI… and of course, all the supermarkets. You can even add an extension to your browser to notify you when a donation is possible.
