Returns and Refunds

All items listed on the marketplace are donations, and for the most part will be second hand. We make every effort to ensure that items are clean, serviceable and fit for purpose, and are accurately described, but we understand that buying second hand comes with risks. It’s also the case that dresses, shorts, even trousers, come in many different styles, and we can’t photograph them all. So we offer a no quibble returns policy. If you’re not happy with the items for any reason on collection, or for up to 14 days after collection, then you can contact us to return the items for a full refund at sales@bradleybartonptfa.org

How do I donate?

Drop Off

Bag up your items and drop them off at the PTFA Collection Bin, situated beside the notice board in the parent waiting area, inside the main gate. We empty this out twice a week.

Collection

If you’ve got large items, or just a lot of items, you can arrange a collection from us. Just drop us a line at ptfa@bradleybarton.com
